Adelaide Brighton is one of Australia’s leading integrated construction materials and lime producers. For more than 10 years we have worked with Adelaide Brighton's many talented leaders and HR specialists. We have collaborated on Leadership Development Programs across each company division nationally and presented multiple times at divisional and national conferences.

This company is highly committed to the success of their people and to diversity in the workplace; as such the development of staff is important in succession planning.

On top of Team Development, Coaching, and delivering Customer Service Excellence for the Credit Department, we have partnered with three divisions of Adelaide Brighton to deliver their successful Mentoring Program. This is a national, year-long project that is currently in its second year. The Program includes face to face workshops for Mentors and Mentees, group and individual coaching, face to face and webinar sessions for both the Mentors and Mentees. As always, we incorporate the Make It Stick program for ongoing individual development.

Along with a Mentoring Program, our most recent work with Adelaide Brighton includes: National Leadership Conference - Keynote Speaker, Gabriella Horak on Leadership vs Management Divisional Leadership Conferences - Keynote Speaker and breakout sessions on Team Development, Leading for Success, and Mentor Magic. Currently, division, Adbri Masonry is undertaking a Culture Change program.
